About Elizabeth

For over 30 years, Elizabeth has been an outpatient psychotherapist. She has worked with all ages, including individuals, couples, and families to help improve their mental health and quality of life. She regards psychotherapy as a sacred journey, works hard to build trust and strengthen heart connections.

Elizabeth uses an integrative holistic cognitive-behavioral approach to help clients heal. Her top priorities are to ensure safety, openness, willingness, and support clients with taking responsibility for their personal happiness and wellbeing.

In her leisure time, she finds joy in nature, kayaking, hiking in the desert and cooking. When not in the wilderness, she spends quality time with her constant canine companion, Gracie.
